According to Mr Ilchi Lee writes in his book Bon Shun Bun Tae Yany Ahng Myurn: Divine Mind Is Eternal Light, Looking Toward Celestial Light “Bon Shim Bon” refers to the palace of the mind, the center. When the mind is at its proper center, then “Tae Yang Ahng Myung” occurs, which means that the mind becomes as bright as the sun. Mind is placed in the 4th Chakra. When the 4th Chakra is awakened and becomes bright, it shall awaken the 1st, 5th, and 7th Chakras, thereby attaining freedom of the soul.

Someone who has attained true freedom of the soul is called “Shin In,” or Divine Person.

When the soul attains true freedom, it escapes the limitations of the body, without life or death, beginning or end, and reaches the place of the One. Healing Chakra is, therefore, based on the principle of activating the Chakra system for the purpose of enlightening divinity within for completion of the soul’s journey.

Here we are publishing some words about subject by Ilchi Lee. In looking at the cycle of creation and the evolution of life in terms of the numbers one through nine, the number six becomes a transition point. After going through six, life goes on to seven, eight, and nine, before going back to one. Everything, in its naturally ordained time, goes through deep renewal, a cosmic hibernation. Likewise, death is not really death. Once freed from the confines of the physical body, the soul evolves and assumes form in a higher dimension. Just as everything began with the One and will ultimately return to the One, the soul can be said to have completed its journey once it returns to where it came from.

The number six is also crucial in the human Chakra system. It refers not only to the 6th Chakra of our body, but also to the ” A (Yook Saeng)” in the Heavenly Code, signifying “Birth of the Soul from the place of the 6th Chakra.” If the 1st Chakra is the gate through which the body is born, then the 6th Chakra is the gate through which the soul is born. Once you have awakened to the birth of your soul, you are no longer fettered to the body, but can develop the “sight” to see life as an eternal force that exists in itself, of itself, and by itself.

When I first realized enlightenment, I did not know that the nature of my enlightenment was already spoken of in the Chun-Bu-Kyung. When I finally had the good fortune to learn of it, I realized that my enlightenment had the same inspiration and source as that of the Chun-Bu-Kyung.

In words of Ilchi Lee after knowing the Chun-Bu-Kyung, I could sense the energy in each one of its 81 letters when I sank deeply into meditation. The teachings of the Chun-Bu-Kyung came to me not through the intellect, but through actual experience of its energies. When I experienced the oneness of Heaven, Earth, and Human described in the Chun-Bu-Kyung, I felt my body become part of the light of the cosmos, attaining a level of ecstasy and peace that spoke to me of divine blessing.

When we realize our innate divine potential, we become one with the essence of the universe. We become one with creativity, peace and love. Currently in our world, we are trapped in the illusion that we must be in constant competition with one another. We live with the belief that you and I are different and separate. The Chun-Bu-Kyung contains the essence of the trinity, in which good and evil, life and death, heaven and earth are not defined as oppo-sites, but as parts of the same cosmic harmony. When we realize that our essence is identical to the essence that makes up the cosmos, we overcome tear, sadness, and anger.

According to Ilchi Lee writes in his book about Dahn Yoga when the energy system of the body changes, so does consciousness. The state of one’s energy is profoundly influenced by the quality and quantity of information in the brain. Therefore, Brain Respiration, a training method that focuses on the brain, and Healing Chakra, a method that concentrates on the energy system of the body, have a symbiotic relationship. The day our inner spiritual potential flowers through Brain Respiration and Healing Chakra will be the day that heralds the dawn of the Golden Age of Spirituality.

The key to Healing Chakra is to meet with divinity, the soul. Therefore, the goal of Healing Chakra training is to acknowledge the soul, become consciously aware of its living presence, and act to nurture its growth.

The answers to such questions as: “Why was I born?” “What is my life’s purpose?” and “What do I live for?” are already within you. Yet, without knowing our soul, we are prisoners of our own bodies. Since the body is a creature of space and time, it begins to deteriorate and die as soon as it is born. When the body dies off, as it inevitably will, what is left? The soul.

All about subject in words of Mr Ilchi Lee

The pain had gotten so bad that I knew I was beyond saving at this point. I just couldn’t stand the pain anymore, but I comforted and strengthened my will by telling myself “my body is mine, not me.” This naturally translated into my brain being mine, not me. Therefore, it was only my brain hurting so badly, not me. So, if I left my body, then I would no longer feel such literally blinding and deafening pain. Boom! At the exact moment that thought crossed my mind, I found myself beyond my body, free of pain and in full clarity. With the loud boom, I felt the world open up before me, and an extremely soothing and refreshing feeling of cool warmth enveloped me.

In this incredible expanse of feelings, I heard a voice from the Heavens cry out, “Who am I!” Then the answer came, “I am the Cosmic Energy…” before my tongue started moving on its own and mouthing the phrase, “My energy is the Cosmic Energy, my mind is the Cosmic Mind. And vice versa. At this moment, I heard, with profoundness that I cannot describe, the sound of the universe breathing. It was the sound of my own breathing. The universe and I are not separate. Nature and I are One. I can be the stars, the Moon, and the Sun. When you see other people, you see the connections that they all possess through the Cosmic Energy. This is so, and I hadn’t realized it before.

Ilchi Lee tells in book about dahn yoga that after bemoaning the fact that I was just a simple Ki energy technician, I went back into the mountain and vowed to never come out until I had the answers to the questions that I was looking for. I chose to test the limits of my physical and mental endurance by not sleeping for twenty-one days straight. Ah, the torture I put myself through . . .

I tried everything not to sleep, including sitting at the edge of a sharp cliff and wrapping my arms around a thick branch of a tree so that the fear of falling down would keep me awake. I think I pulled many clumps of hair out during that period. After a week or so of no sleep, a severe headache of the magnitude that I have never felt came over me. It had been building for a while, but it struck with full force after a week or so. Pain accumulated in my eye sockets and my ears until I couldn’t see or hear. As time went on, my brain seemed to shrivel up inside and start to desiccate. At the same time, my head seemed always on the verge of exploding. I knew that I would die soon. This was after about two weeks. I even received a fleeting temptation to sleep, drink, and even eat something in order to prolong my life a bit. I would have succumbed to that temptation had I not survived the training ordeal in the snow-covered field on that rezone day before.

The goal of strengthening the body should go hand in hand with the goal of strengthening the brain. Sitting behind a desk studying a book is a great way to gather piles of facts and figures, but it will do little to create new and stronger connections in the brain. Rather, this happens through overcoming physical challenges and developing new skills.

Make physical exercise a normal and natural part of your child’s daily routine. Children who spend the day watching TV or sitting in front of a computer monitor are being deprived of the chance to develop brain connections that will be much harder to develop later in life. Also, the sense of confidence and accomplishment that comes with physical strengthening will be invaluable to them in many areas of life.

More Ilchi Lee says the following exercises should be practiced daily during the twelve-week lesson plan. Record the child’s progress in a journal or notebook, and try to add more time or repetitions every day, creating goals that are realistic for your child’s physical condition.

As you look at the content of this lesson, you may wonder, “Where are the brain exercises?” You may have expected brainteasers and games to challenge your child’s mind. Yet all of the activities in this lesson are simple physical exercises, not unlike what you would find in a traditional gym class. In actuality, it stimulates the brain because all movement requires intricate coordination between the body and the brain, which helps to create new brain connections. Also, the increased blood flow to the brain that results helps to nourish and sustain the overall health of the brain.

Ilchi lee writes the body is essentially the brain’s connection to the outside world. A person’s brain can have little effect on the surrounding environment if the rest of the body lacks strength and stamina. And the condition of the body drastically affects the functioning of the brain. A sluggish, tired body usually equates with a sluggish, tired brain. A strong, vibrant body generally houses a strong, vibrant brain.

For this reason, we must help our children develop brains prepared for this expanded role. Through proper education, the world becomes a treasure trove of possibility for our children, rather than a dreaded Pandora’s box of contradictory ideas and misinformation. In the past, educational systems have focused on the storage of facts appropriate to the culture in which they exist. That approach is no longer adequate in today’s complex world. Children must develop skills to make their minds flexible and highly adaptive.

The primary goal of Brain Education is to create “power brains” that are creative, peaceful, and productive. Its intention is not only to make better students but also to create happier, healthier people. While education traditionally emphasizes analytical and verbal skills (consider, for example, the content of the SAT), Brain Education develops interpersonal and interpersonal skills, as well.

Brain research has clearly established that emotional and physical health directly influences children’s ability to learn and consequently affect their performance in school (see Vail). Essentially, the best students are the happiest students. For that reason, Brain Education seeks to enhance learning ability by first creating happier and healthier children. Through consistent BE practice, children gain a sense of empowerment toward the creation of a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. Here are some articles suggested by Ilchi Lee.
