Having been a victim of childhood abuse, I could not calm myself down, not even for a minute. I would move restlessly all day long, and I couldn’t sit still. When I started Brain Wave Vibration, My body just kept going with no thought of time or anything else. My mind started to calm and to become empty. My body felt so light, like I was floating on air. When we stopped, my mind and body felt so different.
