Dahn Yoga is not being sued by members, but by disgruntled former employees who are seeking money. There are not 27 plaintiffs, but really one ringleader, Lucie Vogel, and 26 followers, mostly her previous subordinates.
Having been a victim of childhood abuse, I could not calm myself down, not even for a minute. I would move restlessly all day long, and I couldn’t sit still. When I started Brain Wave Vibration, My body just kept going with no thought of time or anything else. My mind started to calm and to become empty. My body felt so light, like I was floating on air. When we stopped, my mind and body felt so different.

Doing Brain Wave Vibration has had a very noticeable positive change on my mood outside class. I feel more grounded and balanced. The world would be a better place if we all did this everyday.

Linda Mazur, West Linn is an expert form USA. This is his story about Dahn Yoga in connection with his first post Case Studies Stories.
Linda Mazur, West Linn writes that I experienced the benefits of Brain Wave Vibration right away. In the early stages, I felt like something was shifting in my body. I felt like my body really wanted to get better, and somehow the vibrations were helping unleash some¬thing from deep inside. With each session, I became stronger and stronger.
Now I am virtually pain free for the first time in a long time, and I am able to walk and enjoy my life as normal. Whenever I feel pain, all I have to do is take ten minutes to feel the rhythm of my own body. It has shifted my whole outlook on the experience of stress and pain in my body and has given me a real sense of control over these things. I think of Brain Wave Vibration as my “balancer.” Even other people have noticed how much calmer and centered I am. All in all, Brain Wave Vibration has been an awesome experience for me.
These lines coated from Ilchi Lee book by Linda Mazur, West Linn.
Linda Mazur, West Linn says through the following stories, you will see in detail how physical ailments can disrupt a person’s life. You will also see that no matter how desperate the situation, things can turn around quickly if you give the body a chance. In the first story, you will meet a woman, now on the road to recovery, whose life was completely derailed after sustaining a painful injury.
Ten years ago, I was injured while helping my coworkers lift a woman who had a seizure. I ended up having neck disk surgery, and a disk pin was placed in my neck. This was never comfortable, but then last year things really got bad. I suddenly started having pain all over my body, as though my entire nervous system were affected.
Eventually it got so bad that I could not function at work, and I was hospitalized for a while. I tried many drugs, including cortisone, but nothing helped much. Fortunately, the first day away from work, I happened to pass a Dahn Yoga Center. I had taken tai chi before and loved it, so I was interested in giving it a try. Because I was in such bad shape, I decided to take private healing sessions, which focused on Brain Wave Vibration as a Ilchi Lee healing method.
You can feel this energy simply by quieting your mind. Close your eyes for a few seconds. Breathe deeply and just feel the essence of your being, without any thought or judgment. Can YOU feel the vibrations running over the surface of your skin? Can YOU feel it emanating from the interior of your being? This is our vibration—the vibration of life, the vibration of the universe.
Science, tending to reject that which cannot be directly observed, usually dismisses the notion of life energy as superstitious and irrational. In the past, however, many scientists sought proof of what they called elan vital, an invisible life force that animates living creatures. Unable to find such proof, scientists have tended to prefer a more mechanistic understanding of life, and they reject this concept.
However, they do know that one measurable form of energy docs play a role in the body—bioelectricity. Bioelectricity is the language used by the brain to communicate with all the organs of the body, telling them when to spring into action, when to speed up, and when to slow down. Signals arc sent down through the nervous system via nerve fibers, which signal a myriad of biological processes, from muscle movement to organ functions.
Three And Four Form A Circle, Five With Seven Makes One Whole Way-Less Is The Way All Comes And All Goes, Features Are Changing, And Change-Less Is The Maker Su-Seung-Hwa-Gang (Water Energy Up, Fire Energy Down) refers to the direction in which energy must flow in the body in order to create harmony and a healthy balance. Water energy must travel up the meridian along the spine, while fire energy must travel down the meridian along the centerline of the front of the body. This is the optimal state of energy flow.
The “Three” in the first line above refers to the three main inter-nal Chakras, the 2nd, the 4th, and the 6th. The “Four” in the first line above refers to the four external Chakras, located on each of the palms and the bottoms of both feet. The external Chakras located in the center of each palm are called “Jang-shim,” and the external Chakras located in the center of each foot are called “Yong-chun.” When the three major internal Chakras and the four external Chakras are working as one circle (Sung Hwan), the body is filled with free flowing, life-giving energy in accordance with the direction of Su-Seung-Hwa-Gang (Water Energy Up, Fire Energy Down).
The “Five, Seven, and One…” in the line above refer to the 5th, 7th, and 1st Chakras. When these Chakras, which are the three gates of life (to be explained later), are connected with the other four internal Chakras (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th), and with the four major external Chakras, the life force within us will flow freely, bringing infinite creativity and joy to the soul. These lines copy from book of Ilchi Lee about Chakras.
