We know concretely that the brain transmits its own special brand of energy, called brain waves, which are associated with various states of consciousness. Interestingly, it is now the absence of these waves, rather than the cessation of the beating of the heart, that indicates clinical death.

According to Mr Ilchi Lee writes in his book Bon Shun Bun Tae Yany Ahng Myurn: Divine Mind Is Eternal Light, Looking Toward Celestial Light “Bon Shim Bon” refers to the palace of the mind, the center. When the mind is at its proper center, then “Tae Yang Ahng Myung” occurs, which means that the mind becomes as bright as the sun. Mind is placed in the 4th Chakra. When the 4th Chakra is awakened and becomes bright, it shall awaken the 1st, 5th, and 7th Chakras, thereby attaining freedom of the soul.
Someone who has attained true freedom of the soul is called “Shin In,” or Divine Person.
When the soul attains true freedom, it escapes the limitations of the body, without life or death, beginning or end, and reaches the place of the One. Healing Chakra is, therefore, based on the princiĀple of activating the Chakra system for the purpose of enlightening divinity within for completion of the soul’s journey.
If your brain waves can have such a dramatic effect on other people, imagine what kind of effect your brain has on your body!
Your brain is in constant communication with your body’s various organs and processes. Although we do not precisely know the role of brain waves in this process, it stands to reason that healthy brain waves can help produce a healthy body.
In fact, medical science is increasingly willing to acknowledge the connection between mind and body. It is clear that our attitudes and emotions can affect our overall health. But how are our body and mind connected?
I believe that all the systems of the body are connected through a system of energy channels. Cultures all over the world have sensed that such an clement exists and have given it many names. The Pacific Islanders call it mana; Australian Aborigines call it joja; Indian Hindus call it prana. Native Americans have mam’ different names for it: maxpe (Crow), waken (Dakota), Manitou (Algonquin), to name a few. In Asian cultures, it is known as chi, qi, or ki.
Imagine if this same young father had had a simple method to help him through his day. Imagine if he had taken a few moments during the day to feel the rhythms of his body, like you did earlier in this book. With each frustration of the day, he could stop for a few moments to return to a neutral place rather than simply building up a stockpile of stress and tension that he carries home with him at night.
I am sure it is not difficult to see how the quality of your brain waves affect the quality of your life. If you can get hold of your brain waves, you can also overcome many obstacles in your life. I am here to teach you that you have more control over your brain waves than you might think, and Brain Wave Vibration is a simple way you can exercise that control.
