Brain Respiration and Happiness
We talk about health of the mind. Just because you do not have a disease of the brain, do you really have a healthy mind? The mind is much more complex and unfathomable than the body. Then, how much do we currently know about our mind and its uses? Practically speaking, how well can we utilize our brain to direct our emotions and thoughts according to our wishes?
Although everyone has personal requirements for happiness, fulfilling them does not necessarily guarantee happiness. You can find it all through Yoga. Greed is limitless, generating increasing demands and numerous conditions for happiness. Happiness resulting from favorable external circumstances can only be temporary. Happiness, in its pure essence, is a full understanding of one’s existence on Earth. It’s your choice whether or not to understand. Happiness is a choice. It all comes down to how well you consciously direct your mind, awareness, thoughts, and emotions.

How many of us hold onto thoughts and emotions knowing they are harmful? How often do we let insecurities and negative emotions from the past rule our lives?
